I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with Fitlinks. The online platform is very intuitive and really helps in managing the recruitment process. The team couldn't have been more helpful, they even monitored our advert and contacted me with advice on its content when they felt it wasn't performing at its optimum, I'd actually been sold already on the number and quality of respondents I had received but, true enough, after their intervention applications increased considerably. We have now filled the role and I will, without doubt, be using Fitlinks for my recruitment needs moving forward.

Recruiting in the leisure industry is a minefield. Often a stream of Cv's can come flying into an inbox, clogging it with spam and using up valuable hours throughout the day. Fitlinks is different; its easy to use interface means you can quickly work through CV's finding the candidate right for you and your environment. It's the easiest system I've ever used and were very happy with the standard of applicants they attract.
