The Role

As the ‘face of the Club’, the priority of the Receptionist is to provide an excellent first impression that exceeds all customers’ expectations – you have to love people!

Key areas of responsibility;

To demonstrate excellent member focus and service.

To work as part of a team to positively promote and develop the club.

To support the Duty Manager by maintaining excellent standards in the reception area to exceed member expectations.

To strive to excel at all times in all aspects of your role and exceed member expectation with every contact.

To take ownership of your areas of responsibility.
